I was never treated better!! As a divorced woman, it was difficult to go out and attempt to get the vehicle I wanted. At other dealers, I was told, no you don't want that or I don't think you understand what your talking about. Here At West Brothers I was treated as a customer, with respect. They listened to me, what I wanted and what I could afford. They helped me get the vehicle I needed. From Myka returning my call, Meeting Joe, My salesman was Kevin, General Manager was Keith, and Angie the financial person. Wow what a team. Yes, I traveled further, but in the end, the drive was well worth it. Yep, I will return-but not to purchase a vehicle, just for maintenance.I got a great Dodge Product.

I have no complaints at all. Jason was very helpful. He listened to what I wanted and found the perfect car that even my kids love. Having to deal with a gap claim made things a little more difficult but everyone at West Brothers worked with me until we found a solution and got a payment within my price range. I sincerely appreciate everything and will continue to recommend West Brothers in the future.
